This course gives an insight into environmental legislation and looks at the demand on business to ensure that they can demonstrate effective compliance and avoid prosecution.
One Day Introduction to ISO 14001
This course provides an introduction to the ISO14001 standards and interprets the clauses of the standards making it easier for businesses to implement an effective environmental management system. Useful tools and templates are issued to help in the implementation and maintenance process.
Half Day Introduction to Waste Management Documentation
This is an introduction to the correct use of Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes (HWCN) and Waste Transfer Notes (WTN). It is aimed at individuals who are responsible for completing these documents and provides them with an understanding of how to fill them out properly in order to stay compliant with applicable waste and environmental legislation.
