Future in Food 2014 took place at the Birmingham NEC yesterday. The event focused on sustainable manufacturing within the food and drink sector. Key speakers included Ian Knight (global site sustainability manager for Mars Chocolate), Charlie Coakley (group environmental sustainability manager for Dawn Meats) and Inder Poonaji (head of sustainability at Nestle SA).
EMS exhibited at the event and had a chance to meet a number of key parties within the food and drink sector. After such a great success this time around, we are looking forward to Future in Food next year!
