This week members of the EMS consultancy team, and several external speakers held a seminar on the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme. The seminar took place at the AMP technology centre in Sheffield and covered a variety of topics related to the new government run, environment agency enforced initiative.
Topics included:
- Complying with ESOS
- Compliance via the ISO50001 Certification Route
- “It’s good to go green”
The external speakers included Tom Johnston, COO for Central Certification Services at BM TRADA, and Keith Hargrave, Head of Partner Relations at Green Energy Consulting. Feedback from delegates was extremely positive, and included comments such as
