Part Time Administrator
20 hours per week to cover maternity leave until July 2012 - job now filled.
Description:
The role will entail coordination with managerial staff, supporting teams, filing, reception duties and organising travel. The administrator’s job is integral to the day-to-day effective running of the business. The Administrator job is part time within normal business hours, hours to be agreed by company.
The role will involve:
Diary Management
Directing Enquiries
Support HR and Health & Safety functions
Supporting Accounting function
Support site work
Internal and external communication and management systems
Skills:

5. Have strong organisational, grammar and communication skills
6. Be able to prioritise, and manage tasks
Salary is dependent on experience. Holiday is based on pro-rata 20 days per year.
