24 June 2014

Alex on site

As of the 1st July this year, the Environment Agency will change the way they sentence companies. On average, penalties are increasing in value by up to 33%. For example, the minimum fine expected for a minor offence can be between £7,000 and £25,000.

To stay ahead of the curve, we can help you with annual environmental maintenance, and legislation updates. This includes:

  • Snap shot site inspections of your business’ operations and activities
  • Report and action plan
  • Quarterly legislation updates
  • Environmental news feed
  • Quarterly updates of your company legal register
  • Free phone number for help, advice and assurance

For more information about the penalty changes, and to see how we can help you stay up to date with legislation changes. Contact Becky Chapman on 0114 272 2270 or fill out our enquiry form.
