CENTAUR dissemination event

A CENTAUR™ dissemination event will be held in Paris on the 11th of July. This free event will allow all attendees to meet the team behind CENTAUR™ and find out more about the system which won ‘Most Innovative New Technology of the Year’ at the Water Industry Awards 2018.

For more information on this event and to see what the day will entail, please click to view the flyer.

CENTAUR™ is an award-winning system which can be implemented to alleviate urban flood risk through using local network storage capacity. This intelligent, autonomous, localised system is self-managing and easily deployed. The key benefit of the CENTAUR™ system is the creation of new capacity from existing infrastructure, making it a much lower cost relative to alternative solutions.

CENTAUR™ was born out of the need to reduce flooding or create extra network capacity in ever more crowded urban spaces. It was also developed in response to the compounding effects of climate change and more intense storms and flash-flooding problems.
