Dumped in ice and caked in mud, the team recently battled through a Tough Mudder.
In May 2018, a brave and determined team of EMS staff put themselves through the muddy 10-mile endurance test of gruelling obstacles that is Tough Mudder.
Electrocuted, dumped in ice and caked in mud they battled through – helping each other, strangers and stragglers along the way.
On the 27th of July 2019 we are travelling to Skipton to do it all again…
