Water Survey Project Manager Mick Head is responsible for the implementation of water flow surveys from initial site inspection to handover.
He is responsible for the delivery of projects in a timely manner with an emphasis on safety, quality, cost control, programming & delivery, constantly striving for operational efficiencies. He has been responsible for projects within Welsh Water and Severn Trent.
He has over 35 years in the water industry, operating both in the UK and overseas. He has worked on water flow surveys, water quality surveys, large scale sewer and pipeline rehabilitation schemes. He has carried out works for most water companies in the UK, and operated in China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, USA, Kuwait and Kazakhstan.
