Your Role
As Product Manager, you will define product strategy, lead the full product development lifecycle, and ensure successful transition from concept to commercial deployment. You’ll work closely with Technical, Innovation, Production, and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and market-leading solutions.
You’ll also lead a small technical team, ensuring product design, documentation, and outputs meet business and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production handover
- Define specifications, processes, and documentation
- Ensure products are scalable, manufacturable, and operationally effective
- Support transition from innovation to commercial deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Act as key point of contact for product decisions and change management
- Lead and develop a small technical team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and feedback
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, performance, and customer value
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
About You
- Strategic, hands-on professional with a delivery-focused mindset and strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong communicator with proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments
- Experienced in product management, systems engineering, or related technical fields with a proven track record in end-to-end product development lifecycle delivery
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices
- Solid understanding of engineering/design principles and product development processes
