The KATflow 170 is a fixed site, ATEX flow meter designed for use in hazardous area zones 1 and 2. The KATflow 170 offers a permanent monitoring solution for those looking to monitor in pipe diameters from 10-3000mm and in pure, fouled and aerated liquids.

Similar to other members of the KATflow family, the 170 is easy to install and intuitive to use. The flow meter features an easy set up wizard, as well as a unique audible sensor positioning assistant. To maintain operational in hazardous environments, the KATflow 170 is housed in a corrosion resistant enclosure and programmed using a magnetic pen through a glass fronted key pad.
